Description

You will partner with teams across the organization to identify and transform repetitive workflows using AI-powered agents and automation. In this hands-on builder role, you'll design, pilot, and scale AI solutions to reduce manual effort and improve quality, while ensuring compliance in a healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, automation, or consulting
• Experience building at least one AI or automation workflow, bot, or similar solution
• Comfort working with basic metrics and impact analysis

Responsibilities

• Partner with departmental leaders to map workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Design and build AI solutions using low-code platforms, scripting (Python/JavaScript), APIs, and internal systems
• Configure prompts, rules, and decision logic for reliable behavior
• Run pilots, analyze results, and recommend scaling or refinement
• Embed human oversight and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
