You'll lead the AI Workflow & Ecosystem engineering groups, driving strategy and execution for a team of 30+ engineers building software for small home service businesses. Your leadership will deliver high-quality solutions that transform how service providers quote, schedule, and invoice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute forward-thinking product strategy
• Manage Engineering Managers and Senior Engineering Managers
• Drive product quality, stability, and performance at scale
• Partner with Leadership Team on company strategy

📋 Requirements

• Director-level experience or higher as an organizational leader
• Track record of managing and developing people managers
• Hands-on experience running agile organizations at scale
• Experience developing strategy balancing features, infrastructure, and maintenance

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or React
• Experience with GraphQL and AWS
• Experience building via leading LLM providers
