You'll be the first point of contact for HelloFresh customers, providing support across multiple channels. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls and interactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback.
• Offer HelloFresh products and benefits to customers.
• Meet Customer Care team KPIs and targets.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months Customer Service Representative BPO Experience.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC or Bridgetowne.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
