- Handle inbound customer calls and interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback.

- Meet Customer Care team KPIs and targets.
๐ Requirements
- 6 months Customer Service Representative BPO Experience.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC or Bridgetowne.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
