Description

You will own projects from concept through implementation, leading technicians to troubleshoot and repair complex injection molding equipment to maximize production availability. You'll perform root cause analysis, develop improvement projects, and coordinate with engineering teams to design machine upgrades in a fast-paced environment supporting Starlink.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, materials engineering or related
• 5+ years experience with mechanical design of complex components and assemblies
• 5+ years experience with injection molding machines
• 5+ years experience with injection molding peripherals
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures
• Develop and execute equipment improvement projects for availability and cycle time optimization
• Coordinate internal and third-party resources for repairs, overhauls, and upgrades
• Create and update preventive maintenance instructions
