Description

As a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant at Enavate, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them shape their digital transformation journey with Microsoft technologies. You will lead discovery sessions, design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, and mentor junior consultants while supporting pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Sales
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform highly desirable
• Experience in solution design, implementation, and integration
• Strong consultative and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on CRM and customer engagement strategy
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand client objectives
• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys
• Design and build Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Agents
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
