Description

You will assist guests with ticket selection, process orders, and handle payments while providing excellent customer service at Royal Oak Music Theater. Your role also includes upselling upcoming events and maintaining a clean and positive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years of related work experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication and basic math skills
• Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Process ticket orders and collect payments accurately
• Greet customers and provide event information
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed
• Upsell similar events by demonstrating knowledge of upcoming events
• Assist coworkers and maintain facility cleanliness
