You'll help shape and execute the affiliate and partnership strategy for iStock and Getty Images. You'll work across diverse partnerships and global markets to drive growth and deliver measurable impact. This role offers lots of growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track performance for assigned partners and identify growth opportunities.
• Build recurring and ad-hoc reports to inform budgets and plans.
• Monitor affiliate data to flag fraud, compliance issues, and tracking anomalies.
• Identify and onboard new partners, leading outreach and proposals.
• Manage projects across partners and internal teams to meet milestones.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of affiliate marketing experience managing global programs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker or similar BI tools.
• Expert proficiency with Impact or comparable affiliate platforms.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking technologies and attribution standards.
