You'll act as the primary reimbursement expert supporting field sales teams and healthcare providers, navigating coding, coverage, and payment pathways to accelerate adoption of innovative medical technology. Your expertise will directly influence patient access and commercial success in a highly cross-functional environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary reimbursement resource for hospital and physician accounts.
• Lead reimbursement discussions, training, and advisory sessions.
• Resolve reimbursement challenges with sales and account teams.
• Develop and deliver reimbursement tools and health economic content.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in health economics or related field.
• 8+ years in reimbursement, market access, or health economics in medical devices.
• U.S. reimbursement systems expertise including Medicare and coding.
• Field reimbursement experience supporting hospital-based technologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Oncology or advanced medical device experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with hospital administration and physician practice economics.
• Ability to translate clinical evidence into value propositions.
