💼 About This Role

You'll execute crop production tasks for indoor cannabis cultivation at a trailblazing cannabis company. You'll ensure compliance with SOPs and quality control standards while monitoring plant health and environmental factors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Propagate clones and maintain clone/mother rooms
• Monitor and adjust environmental factors for plant growth
• Perform transplanting, pruning, and plant training
• Harvest, weigh, and input inventory data into tracking system

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to execute cultivation techniques accurately and consistently
• Good documentation and organizational skills
• Meet all state requirements
