You'll play a critical role in managing inventory and ensuring a seamless client experience. You'll report to the Inbound Logistics Manager and support our growing member community by maintaining accurate records and coordinating shipments. This role is vital to ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations.

• Tag returned items and maintain inventory records
• Update item status in tracking systems
• Communicate with members about returns and issues
