Lead new product development projects from concept through launch, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Drive clear communication and ensure on-time delivery of physical consumer products in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-6 years experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
• PMP or Six Sigma certification
• Experience supporting NPD and/or marketing launches for physical consumer products
• Clear, decisive communication to align technical and creative teams
• Proficiency with MS Project, Asana, or Smartsheet

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple NPD projects from concept through launch, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Build and maintain integrated project plans covering design, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and launch
• Ensure projects follow governance models, gated development processes, and project management standards
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Sales, and external agencies
• Drive communication through status meetings, issue escalation, and collaboration for decision making
