You'll lead and grow strategic hotel supplier partnerships at Ensemble, driving revenue growth and program performance across preferred partners. You'll own supplier strategy from onboarding to negotiation, ensuring measurable results for a $4.5B travel sales network.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and grow hotel supplier partnerships at chain/brand and property levels
  • Identify, pitch, onboard, and manage new hotel suppliers
  • Drive participation in preferred programs, special offers, and enhanced commissions
  • Develop and execute soft-dollar monetization strategies
  • Lead supplier business reviews and performance optimization

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience managing hotel supplier relationships with budget accountability of $2M+
  • Demonstrated success building programs that grow revenue and/or improve profitability
  • Proven ability to pitch, sell, and execute complex programs with senior stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
