๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead and grow strategic hotel supplier partnerships at Ensemble, driving revenue growth and program performance across preferred partners. You'll own supplier strategy from onboarding to negotiation, ensuring measurable results for a $4.5B travel sales network.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and grow hotel supplier partnerships at chain/brand and property levels
- Identify, pitch, onboard, and manage new hotel suppliers
- Drive participation in preferred programs, special offers, and enhanced commissions
- Develop and execute soft-dollar monetization strategies
- Lead supplier business reviews and performance optimization
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years' experience managing hotel supplier relationships with budget accountability of $2M+
- Demonstrated success building programs that grow revenue and/or improve profitability
- Proven ability to pitch, sell, and execute complex programs with senior stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
