Description

You will care for residents needing assistance with day-to-day tasks, provide support services under nurse supervision, and help residents maintain independence while living in a community that values person-centered care.

Requirements

• CNA/STNA certification required in Ohio
• Must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care
• Provide support services under nurse supervision
• Help residents feel comfortable and independent
• Complete accurate and timely care documentation
• Perform laundry and light housekeeping tasks
