You'll provide evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors via telehealth at a clinician-led startup. Your core impact is delivering compassionate care to Spanish-speaking clients. This role offers full flexibility with no on-call requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Manage electronic documentation using EMR system
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Experience working with the geriatric population
