💼 About This Role

You'll support the creation and execution of initiatives to solve daily challenges for Fraud and Dispute agents, acting as a key liaison between the frontline and cross-functional teams. You'll identify friction points in the fraud and dispute lifecycle and implement changes across process, policy, and technology. This role is about building Trust by ensuring every fraud contact is handled with speed, empathy, and accuracy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive implementation of fraud tools and policy changes with stakeholders
• Review and analyze fraud and dispute workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks
• Design practical process updates and workflow redesigns
• Support intake of agent feedback and maintain pipeline of opportunities

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement or operations analysis
• Analytical skills to interpret complex data sets
• Process mapping and workflow analysis proficiency
