You'll collaborate with Delivery Managers and Finance to maintain project data accuracy and billing workflows, enabling data-driven decisions for leadership. This hybrid role in Bangalore offers hands-on experience with Salesforce and Certinia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain resource allocation recommendations for project schedules.
• Set up new projects in project management/ERP system.
• Collect and prepare Implementation T&M billing data for invoicing.
• Produce reports on resource utilization, project status, and billing.

📋 Requirements

• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Finance, Operations).
• Analytical mindset focused on accuracy and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for tracking.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce (Opportunities, Reports, Dashboards).
