You'll support VoIP phone systems for veterinary practices, building and integrating solutions. Your work ensures seamless communication for customers across North America. This is a 100% remote contract role based in Latin America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver customer support via phone, email, and Zoom
• Build and configure phone systems and integrations
• Deliver virtual onboarding and training sessions
• Troubleshoot hardware and system issues

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Experience in customer service in a technical or SaaS environment
• Experience troubleshooting VoIP or phone systems

• Experience with VoIP platforms or SIP-based systems
• Experience with cloud phone solutions
