You'll design and improve sheet metal fabrication processes for a high-volume manufacturing operation, collaborating with production teams and engineering leadership to enhance manufacturability and efficiency of mechanical designs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and modify mechanical designs for sheet metal fabrication
• Program CNC equipment including turret punches and lasers
• Evaluate designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability improvements
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement engineering solutions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Strong mathematical skills including geometry
• Ability to solve complex engineering problems
