You'll lead a flagship retail store as the strategic and cultural leader, overseeing a multi-functional team of 15+ sales associates and key managers. You'll drive retail excellence, optimize operations, and foster community connection to deliver an authentic, premium customer experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team across sales, operations, and marketing functions.
• Oversee daily store operations, financials, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Develop and execute community engagement events and brand activations.
• Set and model premium, inclusive customer service standards.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of retail experience with multi-layered teams and business units.
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience in high-touch, experience-driven retail environment with strong KPI understanding.
