Description

You will work on high-profile competition cases in Europe, applying economic models and quantitative analysis to support legal proceedings. You will supervise research associates, contribute to expert reports, and collaborate directly with legal clients.

Requirements

• PhD in economics with focus on Applied Microeconomics or Applied Microeconometrics
• Experience in Excel, Stata, Python, R, SQL, SAS, ArcGIS/ArcPy, or Cloud computing
• Demonstrated understanding of economic, financial and/or accounting concepts
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Clear interest in consulting through coursework or experience

Responsibilities

• Identify issues and specify economic models for market analysis
• Perform statistical and econometric estimation
• Supervise, train and mentor research associate staff
• Develop client deliverables including expert reports and white papers
• Program and build models using statistical analysis programs
