You'll join the Digital team to turn customer feedback and data into the roadmap for Bendigo Bank's Connect product. Your insights will directly influence the bank's 2030 innovation mission. This role blends data synthesis, qualitative fieldwork, and cross-functional collaboration to shape the future of banking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Synthesize data from multiple sources into unified customer insights
• Design and deploy in-app surveys for real-time feedback
• Conduct customer interviews and shadow frontline teams in branches
• Own CX measurement and reporting across the customer lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer experience or insights role
• Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps with insights
• Ability to mine and analyze text and usage data
• Experience building customer journey maps that drove improvements
