Description
You will ensure customers adopt Anaplan's platform, realize value, and identify growth opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate with sales and services teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in account management, consulting, or client services
- Experience in business planning (annual operating plans, forecasting, modeling) preferred
- Customer-first mentality with proactive attitude and urgency
- Strong project and program management skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers (~$5M ARR) to improve value and ROI
- Serve as primary customer contact and trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle
- Monitor customer adoption and build action plans to remedy gaps
- Work with account team to execute strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular check-ins and ensure implementation success
