Description

You will ensure customers adopt Anaplan's platform, realize value, and identify growth opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate with sales and services teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in account management, consulting, or client services
  • Experience in business planning (annual operating plans, forecasting, modeling) preferred
  • Customer-first mentality with proactive attitude and urgency
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers (~$5M ARR) to improve value and ROI
  • Serve as primary customer contact and trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle
  • Monitor customer adoption and build action plans to remedy gaps
  • Work with account team to execute strategy and identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct regular check-ins and ensure implementation success
