Description

You will own growth-oriented modeling across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, resurrection, and monetization. You will design, validate, and productionize statistical and ML systems that directly drive growth, and partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, CRM, and Product.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in data science, applied ML, or statistics with production models
• Strong math and statistics background (probability, inference, survival analysis, causal reasoning)
• End-to-end ML experience building and deploying models
• MLOps production skills (MLFlow, Docker, Airflow, Kubernetes/ECS)
• Cross-functional influence and mentorship ability

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain predictive LTV, churn, order-rate, and resurrection models
• Create lookalike and propensity models for paid channels
• Develop NBA/ranking models and embedding-based similarity systems
• Lead segmentation, clustering, and representation learning work
• Own the full model lifecycle including MLOps, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring
