🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team across geographies.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align on scope and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices and tools.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of features and updates.

📋 Requirements

• At least 10 years of software engineering experience in Enterprise SaaS.
• At least 4 years in a management role overseeing multiple functions.
• Meaningful hands-on experience with Python, Go, or C.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes and low-level network applications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and products.
• Experience with port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or signature development.
• Familiarity with enterprise security products similar to Recorded Future's offerings.
