๐ผ About This Role
You'll join a growing Customer Success team to support enterprise clients in our Close Management solution, leveraging your accounting expertise to build rapport and address client questions. You'll drive product adoption and ensure long-term client success. This hybrid role requires 3 days/week in the NYC office, expanding to 4 days in 2026.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service and consult on best practices to achieve financial transformation goals.
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and account optimization to boost retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal partners to share client insights and shape the product roadmap.
- Conduct business reviews and executive meetings to foster adoption and mitigate churn.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, audit, or customer success.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience in close, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.

- Prior Customer Success or Account Management experience with enterprise clients.
- CPA or related professional certification.
- Experience with FloQast or close management tools.
