Description

You will lead full-cycle workplace investigations for a global SaaS/technology company, handling complex matters from intake to remediation, and partnering with Legal, HR, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on full-cycle workplace investigations experience
• Experience with Title VII/anti-discrimination and harassment matters
• Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in California
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes investigations under tight timelines
• Experience in fast-paced technology or SaaS environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end workplace investigations from intake through final report
• Handle 6-8 complex matters simultaneously, closing most within 30 days
• Investigate Title VII, EEO, and interpersonal complaints to multi-party issues
• Draft clear, well-reasoned investigation reports
• Develop and refine investigation protocols and reporting metrics
