Requirements

• Proven experience leading medium to large creative campaigns with minimal oversight
• Strong understanding of earned-first thinking and integrated marketing
• Confident presenter with ability to influence clients and stakeholders
• Experience managing and mentoring senior creatives
• Commercial acumen including budgeting, scoping, and resourcing

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of earned-first campaigns and creative platforms
• Take and shape client briefs, define creative strategy, guide teams
• Build, present, and sell cohesive treatments and 360° campaign proposals
• Independently manage medium to large clients, strengthen relationships
• Collaborate with Studio, Creative Strategy, and Production teams to plan and resource work
