💼 About This Role

You'll build Reflection's Application Security function from the ground up, contributing to projects across the entire Security Engineering organization. Your work will directly impact agentic AI incident detection and supply chain security for cutting-edge AI models. This role offers high autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute engineering to key security projects across the organization
• Implement security controls around AI agents
• Define software supply chain security strategy and tooling
• Develop and maintain threat models for the software stack

📋 Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Python or Golang
• Track record of architecting and building complex software systems
• Experience implementing cross-functional projects impacting many teams
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS/GCP

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI/ML security
• Familiarity with SAST/DAST tools
• Experience building security programs from 0 to 1
