You'll partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion sales in a prescribed territory. You'll manage pipelines of renewal opportunities, mitigate risks, and collaborate with channel partners. This role offers exposure to a large cybersecurity portfolio at a global industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Account Managers on shared territories to maximize NRR.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners, buyers, and influencers.
  • Identify customer renewal risks and coordinate mitigation activities.
  • Manage end-to-end renewals process and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of renewal account management or sales experience.
  • Salesforce proficiency with Lightning and CPQ.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the renewals sales cycle and buyer personas.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Experience with Outreach, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge and channel partner sales experience.
