πΌ About This Role
You'll partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion sales in a prescribed territory. You'll manage pipelines of renewal opportunities, mitigate risks, and collaborate with channel partners. This role offers exposure to a large cybersecurity portfolio at a global industry leader.
π― What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Account Managers on shared territories to maximize NRR.
- Develop strong relationships with partners, buyers, and influencers.
- Identify customer renewal risks and coordinate mitigation activities.
- Manage end-to-end renewals process and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
π Requirements
- 1-3+ years of renewal account management or sales experience.
- Salesforce proficiency with Lightning and CPQ.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the renewals sales cycle and buyer personas.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
- Experience with Outreach, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
- Cybersecurity knowledge and channel partner sales experience.
