💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the intersection of payments platform, membership, and credit teams to optimize transaction costs and success rates. Your work directly impacts company profitability. You'll partner with Data Science and Engineering to drive smarter collection decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze tradeoffs between transaction costs and success rates across ACH and card rails
• Investigate payment failure patterns and drive remediations with Engineering and Product
• Evaluate routing and collection strategies and size impact of new configurations
• Build and refine alerting to detect payment anomalies quickly

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in payments analytics or payment operations in fintech/banking
• Advanced SQL skills to write complex queries and maintain data models
• Strong working knowledge of ACH, card networks, and payment processing mechanics
• Experience partnering with Data Science teams to evaluate model outputs

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with NACHA return rate requirements
• Familiarity with AML or other fintech compliance standards
