Description

You will process incoming vehicle titles to ensure accurate and efficient transfer to buyers, maintaining compliance with company policies and state/federal laws. You will also handle title-related inquiries from dealer representatives and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• One year of title experience at dealership or auction
• Effective customer relations, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills preferred
• Ability to sit, stand, and perform light physical work

Responsibilities

• Process titles by verifying VIN, odometer, lien release, and ownership documentation
• Deliver titles to purchasing dealers and file titles appropriately
• Maintain updated notes on outstanding problem titles
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to dealer representatives
• Process payments for dealers including checks and money orders
