You'll own how Later identifies, engages, and activates top-tier creator talent across campaigns, building a best-in-class talent ecosystem. Your core impact will be shaping our point of view on talent while leading day-to-day sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management. This role offers the chance to work with leading enterprise brands and drive measurable campaign success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and secure creator talent for campaigns balancing quality and speed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and managers.
• Lead negotiations and contracting for high-tier talent ensuring compliance.
• Develop and refine Later's point of view on creator talent across platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 4-5+ years experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Proven track record sourcing and managing high-profile influencer relationships.
• Strong network of creator, agent, and manager relationships.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and creator economics.
