🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage AI/LLM technologies to deliver intelligent experiences to clinicians and patients
• Design fullstack architecture for scalable, AI-powered healthcare solutions
• Lead technical planning for new features balancing feasibility and impact
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and observability
• Mentor engineers, raising the bar on design patterns and code standards

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python backend skills (required)
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs in production
• Track record of driving work from ideation to production deployment

• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
• TypeScript/React frontend skills
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
