🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and implement functional behavior plans for K-12 students
- Collaborate with IEP teams and school partners on intervention strategies
- Conduct behavioral assessments and progress monitoring
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior plans
📋 Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Active BCBA certification and ability to obtain TN licensure
- 1+ years of experience in behavior analysis
- Clear background check before employment
