💼 About This Role

You'll work as a BCBA in K–12 schools across historically under-resourced communities, designing and overseeing behavioral support plans. You'll collaborate with IEP teams and have caseloads designed for impact without overload. This mission-driven role offers PRN scheduling and a supportive clinical lead.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement functional behavior plans for K-12 students
• Collaborate with IEP teams and school partners on intervention strategies
• Conduct behavioral assessments and progress monitoring
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior plans

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Active BCBA certification and ability to obtain TN licensure
• 1+ years of experience in behavior analysis
• Clear background check before employment
