Description

You will support senior analysts and business leaders across Product, Finance, and Operations by writing SQL, building dashboards, and running analyses that directly influence revenue growth, retention, and the experience for creators, brands, and shoppers. Your insights will drive evidence-based recommendations for decision-making.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or similar quantitative role
• Proven track record of using data to support decision making from framing a question to delivering a recommendation
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with large datasets in a modern data warehouse environment
• Experience with BI/visualization tools like Looker, Hex, Wisdom, or Tableau
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for quick analysis and data validation

Responsibilities

• Support analytics for product or business areas with clear linkage to outcomes such as revenue growth, retention, and cost efficiency
• Partner with senior analysts and stakeholders to frame questions, define success metrics, and translate business problems into analytical plans
• Prepare recurring performance views and ad hoc deep dives that highlight what is happening, why, and what to do next
• Write efficient SQL to pull, transform, and validate data; build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Hex, or Wisdom
• Analyze experiments and A/B tests, summarize results, and surface key learnings for cross-functional partners
