💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end sales enablement and creative strategy for custom ad programs on Quizlet, a $1B+ learning platform. You'll drive high-stakes pitches and cross-functional alignment to generate direct sales revenue. This onsite role is based in New York or San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end sales enablement and creative strategy for pre-sales and proposals.
  • Design integrated custom programs and 360° partnerships from scratch.
  • Lead ideation and strategy for high-stakes pitches and RFPs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate insights into scalable playbooks.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in sales enablement, creative strategy, or digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to invent and lead custom multi-platform programs.
  • Experience partnering with senior Sales and cross-functional leaders.
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with compelling narrative skills.

  • Experience in agency or publisher environments.
  • Track record of building scalable sales collateral and training.
  • Subject-matter expertise in digital advertising trends.
