💼 About This Role

You'll configure the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform for enterprise clients, building APIs and custom JavaScript/HTML/CSS integrations. You'll deliver high-quality complex configurations and ensure successful deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure Five9 VCC and IVA applications per solution specifications.
• Build inbound/outbound campaigns, queues, skills, routing, and dialing logic.
• Implement IVR/IVA flows, WFA, QM/WEM, AI Insights, and dashboards.
• Build and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations and data mappings.
• Write and maintain JavaScript/HTML/CSS customizations for UI and integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years implementing Five9 Intelligent CX Platform.
• 3+ years configuring IVR/IVA in Five9 Studio.
• 1+ year with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow).
• Developer skill set including REST/SOAP APIs and custom JavaScript/HTML/CSS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with WFA, WEM/QM, Agent Assist, and reporting dashboards.
• Server-side experience with Node.js, .NET, PHP, or Java.
• Experience with SSO/SAML/OAuth authentication flows.
