You'll join Motion's Customer Support team to provide top-tier support for our AI-powered work suite, handling inquiries across multiple channels. You'll act as the bridge between customers and product/engineering, shaping the support experience for a fast-growing platform.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Address customer inquiries in support channels within SLAs
- Leverage knowledge base to resolve common queries
- Escalate technical issues while prioritizing satisfaction
- Contribute to refining support operations and processes
📋 Requirements
- 2 years of customer support experience
- Solid written and spoken English
- Commitment to 40-hour workweek starting 1:00am PHT
- Familiarity with tools like Front, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Zapier, G-Suite, JIRA, Zendesk
