You'll join Motion's Customer Support team to provide top-tier support for our AI-powered work suite, handling inquiries across multiple channels. You'll act as the bridge between customers and product/engineering, shaping the support experience for a fast-growing platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Address customer inquiries in support channels within SLAs
  • Leverage knowledge base to resolve common queries
  • Escalate technical issues while prioritizing satisfaction
  • Contribute to refining support operations and processes

📋 Requirements

  • 2 years of customer support experience
  • Solid written and spoken English
  • Commitment to 40-hour workweek starting 1:00am PHT
  • Familiarity with tools like Front, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Zapier, G-Suite, JIRA, Zendesk
