💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate product launches across internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution and support readiness. You'll build scalable mechanisms like automation, playbooks, and dashboards to replace manual launch processes and create durable feedback loops that route insights to Product and Engineering. This role offers the chance to prototype with LLMs and low-code tools to scale your impact across launches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate product launches across internal and external teams for seamless execution.
• Build automation, playbooks, dashboards, and scalable launch mechanisms.
• Prototype and implement automations using scripts, queries, and low-code tools.
• Develop scalable feedback loops to ingest and route insights to Product and Engineering.

📋 Requirements

• Experience coordinating product launches or operational rollouts adjacent to support teams.
• Shipped tooling or automations (workflows, dashboards, scripted automation, pipelines).
• Technically fluent with data and new tools for prototyping.
