🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily production operations
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets
• Coach, train, and evaluate the production team
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations across processes

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in manufacturing
• University degree in management, mechanical or industrial engineering
• Knowledge of TPS concepts (5S, root cause analysis)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Experience in the glass industry
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Bilingual English and French
