As a Barista at Blank Street, you will deliver exceptional customer service, craft delicious coffee and cafe beverages using top-tier equipment, and help create a welcoming neighborhood hub. You'll take ownership of food and beverage quality, manage inventory to minimize waste, and participate in initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Availability for part-time schedule: 24 hours/week, 3 days/week
• Friendly, enthusiastic team player with passion for customer service
• Effective time management and multitasking skills during rush periods
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving abilities
