💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth experiments and marketing funnel optimization for a social discovery platform used by 20M+ users. You'll lead the full funnel cycle from hypothesis to analytics, directly impacting key business metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate hypotheses and validate via A/B tests of marketing funnels
• Improve funnel conversions and implement growth hacks
• Research competitor funnels (direct and indirect)
• Manage full funnel lifecycle: idea → design → development → analytics

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in product company or digital agency as PMM, digital, or performance marketer
• Data-driven approach: measure results, work with A/B tests and metrics
• Understanding of user journey, key growth points
• Proficiency with analytics tools Tableau, Clarity
