💼 About This Role

You'll oversee configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll act as a liaison between end users and technical teams, drive user adoption through training, and manage security and systems to optimize business solutions. This remote role requires occasional travel to headquarters for orientation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform maintenance
• Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and security settings
• Lead design of custom fields, reports, dashboards, and workflows
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties for system updates

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL)
• Enterprise integration experience using MuleSoft
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
