Description

You will own GTM analytics end-to-end, including pipeline health, forecast modeling, and product usage metrics for AI-native products. You'll invent new measurement frameworks for business impact when AI agents do the work, partnering with Revenue Operations and the tech team to translate data into action.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in GTM analytics, strategy consulting, or revenue analytics at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Management consulting foundation (MBB or equivalent).
  • Product analytics depth with experience in activation funnels, feature adoption, retention cohorts, and revenue outcomes.
  • Deep SaaS fluency: ARR, NDR, pipeline velocity, cohort LTV, CAC payback.
  • Strong SQL with production queries against BigQuery or Snowflake, dbt models, dashboards in Looker or equivalent.
  • Quantitative modeling experience influencing real resource allocation decisions.
  • End-to-end pipeline analysis: lead to close to renewal to expansion.
  • Board-level communication skills.
  • Hands-on, AI-native workflow using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor.
  • STEM or BS in Finance, Economics.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM analytics end-to-end: pipeline health and velocity, forecast modeling, win/loss analysis, rep productivity, territory performance, expansion propensity, churn risk, and product usage metrics.
  • Build consumption analytics linking product telemetry to revenue, activation cohorts, retention curves, and expansion triggers.
  • Perform quantitative modeling including forecasting, account scoring, predictive churn, and scenario analysis.
  • Deliver board-level communication of complex analysis in clear, actionable terms.
  • Partner with Director of GTM Operations, Director of GTM Systems & Automation, and tech team to operationalize insights.
