You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey, ensuring they successfully adopt a complex SaaS platform. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
- Manage customer data migration for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
