  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
  • Manage customer data migration for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
