You'll work directly with the CEO, driving strategic execution and building agentic systems to automate workflows. You'll act as a force multiplier, ensuring alignment across teams while implementing automation to scale operations. This role is at the intersection of strategic operations and AI-driven process optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategic initiatives and special projects end-to-end
• Design and implement agentic systems for workflow automation
• Manage firm's operational cadence and leadership meetings
• Produce pipeline reports and sales analytics

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of high-performance professional experience
• Background in startup, finance/fintech, or 0-to-1 execution
• Proven experience in automation or agentic systems implementation
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
