💼 About This Role

You'll join Talkdesk's team to lead technical sales cycles for enterprise customers, delivering compelling demonstrations that map to their business needs. You'll drive revenue growth by scoping POCs and managing RFI/RFP responses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and pains
• Design and deliver presentations showcasing Talkdesk solutions
• Scope, execute, and manage customer pilots and POCs
• Respond to functional and technical RFI/RFP requirements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer in software or telecom
• B.S. in Computer Science, SE, MIS or equivalent work experience
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations
• Knowledge of VOIP/telecommunications, contact centers, or CCaaS

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CRM, ITSM, Data Warehousing, or BI
• Knowledge of UCaaS or CCaaS software
• Web/scripting technologies experience
