You'll lead the structuring and financial performance at Skello, a collaborative HR platform for field teams. Your financial modeling and reporting will directly influence strategic decisions, and you'll build and develop a finance team to support growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure financial data reliability and produce consolidated reports
• Lead budget process and drive reforecasts semiannually
• Build financial models and scenario simulations for strategic decisions
• Develop and manage a team of finance talents

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management control or audit/consulting
• Solid mastery of Gsheet and financial modeling
• Professional English for investors and international stakeholders
• Strong collaboration with accounting team
