Description

You will lead the strategy and execution of Roblox's Incubator program, helping studios translate creative ambition into realistic plans and sustainable development practices while building Novel Games on the platform. Act as an Executive Producer, establishing operational foundations, driving consistency across cohorts, and ensuring high-quality execution across each cohort.

Requirements

• 8+ years in game production, studio leadership, publishing, or program management
• Proven ability to lead large-scale programs end to end
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing team members
• Strong production leadership in roadmapping, milestone planning, scoping, and risk management
• Excellent communication skills to align teams and influence decisions

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end success of Incubator program, driving planning, delivery, and continuous improvement across cohorts
• Define portfolio strategy, oversee selection and success of Incubator cohort
• Establish operational structure for application review, team selection, onboarding, milestone tracking, and progress reporting
• Partner with cross-functional internal experts and run developer support models
• Create and maintain program-level visibility through timelines, roadmaps, and milestone reporting
