💼 About This Role

You'll build AI-powered analytics experiences for HR and Legal teams at Snowflake, designing conversational tools on Snowflake Cortex. You'll co-own data foundations with Analytics Engineering and translate stakeholder needs into actionable products. This role sits at the intersection of people analytics and AI, shaping the future of work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver conversational analytics experiences using Snowflake Cortex
• Co-own data foundations with Analytics Engineering team
• Translate stakeholder needs into data models and AI skills
• Deliver actionable insights to change business decisions
• Maintain testing, validation, and quality checks for AI outputs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering
• Strong SQL for complex queries and performance optimization
• Familiarity with modern data stack: dbt, Airflow, and Git
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex or LLM-powered analytics
• Familiarity with Streamlit for internal apps
• Background in people analytics (workforce planning, compensation)
